Over the past 5 weeks, we have ran our 2024 survey asking how MWF can serve women in medicine better. We also wanted to know what doctors understand about the processes that are involved in being dismissed by their employer, unfairly criticised or being excluded from the workplace.

- You told us you want our fee structure changed and the price reduced
- 1 in 10 respondents have been subjected to a disciplinary process and only one third felt it had been fair
