We are inviting nominations for Council Members to take office
for three year terms of office.

Council members are needed in East Midlands, Northern Ireland, South East, Scottish Eastern (Scottish Standing Committee) and North East Regions.

We are also inviting nominations for the positions of President-Elect and Vice President.

The most important factor is to be able to attend the 2 council meetings per year in November and May which follow the MWF National Conferences. Please see the trustees’ job description. The positions are open to all qualified members and we would very much like to encourage enthusiastic members to apply.

The next MWF Council meeting will take place on Saturday 12th May, 9:00 - 11:00am at the Civic Suite, Park Plaza Hotel Cardiff, Greyfriars Road, Cardiff CF10 3AL. This meeting is open to all members who are welcome to attend as observers.

This is an excellent opportunity to be a key member of the MWF and we hope you enjoy participating in the experience of being a Trustee.

Nominees must be proposed and seconded (by an MWF Member) using the nomination form here. Send a typed CV – 1 side A4 maximum stating name, brief career resume, MWF membership and service and a brief personal statement (200 words maximum) to: This email address is being protected from spambots. Deadline for applications: Noon on Tuesday 3rd April 2018.
