Join us for the MWF Spring event next year in Llandudno for a meeting with
an unusual theme!
Subjects
to be discussed will
include Women and images, Sex, drugs and risky behaviour and the Pregnancy
in women on mind altering drugs, Alcohol: Its impact on women's heath.
Speakers
will include Professor Ian Gilmore, President
of the Royal College of Physicians and Chris Weaver,
Substance Misuse Midwifery Lead BCU.
Winners of the Medical
Student Essay Prize will present their
essays.
ABSTRACTS
(maximum 250 words) are invited on a subject of interest
to women doctors, related either to the theme of the conference, or to women’s
health issues in general, or to women doctors’ careers, for presentation
or a poster.
THE
ELIZABETH GARRETT ANDERSON PRIZE
will be awarded to the best oral presentation
