Payment for Gift Membership

Give the gift of MWF membership to a colleague, friend or family member.

Gift memberships are currently only available for Medical students or Foundation grades.

Membership fees vary based on the recipients career status. Please have their career status and contact details ready.

Please note: Gift memberships must be redembed within 6 months of purchase, please note that membership subscriptions run from January to December. However, if redeemed after 30th September of the current year the subscription will run until the end of the following year; for example, if you gift is redeemed in October - December 2014, the membership will run until the end of 2015.

GIFT AID DECLARATION: I am a UK taxpayer. Please treat all donations I make or have made to MWF for the past four years as Gift Aid donations until I notify you otherwise. I understand that I must have paid or will pay an amount of Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax in each tax year, that is at least equal to the tax that Charities & Community Amateur Sports Clubs (CASCs) I donate to will reclaim on my gifts. I understand that other taxes such as VAT and Council Tax do not qualify and that MWF will reclaim 25p of tax on every £1 that I give. For example, every £10 you give we receive £12.50.
