What is the MWF?

The Medical Women’s Federation is the largest organisation of women doctors and medical students in the UK. Our aims are to support women doctors to thrive and lead at all stages of their career and to improve health in general. We host networking events, prizes and webinars and we have a strong voice – some of our members represent us at major events, committees and campaigns.
